A few honest notes
- There’s no phone line. We’re small, and email is how we keep up. Writing it down also gives us something to actually look at, which usually gets you a better answer.
- Bug reports are genuinely welcome. A clear reproduction is worth more to us than a polite complaint — and far more than finding it ourselves six months later.
- We don’t sell your email address. Writing to us doesn’t put you on a list. There is no list.
